are you going to put that GPU in yourself?

#

iirc cyberpower don't have gigabyte listed

#

we can't advise on self-builds or builds from other vendors unfortunately, i can create a config without a GPU though that you can buy if you want

#

is 3-4k including the cost of the GPU or not

#

if it isn't i'll be surprised

#

👋

#

with pre-orders on cyberpower it's like a few weeks iirc

#

just so you know though, a system with a 5090 from CPUK will cost like 4.2k minimum iirc

#

it's a tad difficult to fit into a 4k budget

#

4k 240fps in what game

#

also black stealth look meaning less focus on RGB?

#

can't guarantee 240fps in dayz even with a 5090

it is a bit more pricey and that sort of comes down to the motherboard and the fans

#

but it'll look clean

#

unfortunately not really - you can look at the individual parts and kind of imagine what it'd look like but it's difficult to get a picture of every possible combination, hence why they don't

#

it'd look similar to this - ram and cooler would be different obviously but i've tried to configure the aesthetics based off of this

#

it would but i mean it wouldn't be identical

#

it depends on what stock CPUK gets, they usually get stock from MSI, gainward, palit and asus

#

Definitely recommend going with a custom CPUK build. Been so happy with mine

@astral hill I love the PC you just configured for "user", why did you spec two SSDs?

astral hill
#

games take up a lot nowadays

rocky badger
#

But why not one big 4TB SSD?

astral hill
#

if you ever run into windows issues it's a lot easier on the mind to know that you don't have to redownload terabytes of games

#

also speed and drive longevity etc

rocky badger
#

Ok makes sense

magic ivy

Yeah I've got a separate OS and a games drive on my rig for this reason
