how did you connect using bluetooth before?
using the bluetooth built into the pc
i had a look in the bios setting and theres was no mention of bluetooth in there i was hoping to disable it there
Device manager probably just disable it there
hi, i had a look there and i just saw a list of the connected devices, i have contacted the helpline hopefully someone there will know how to upgrade the bluetooth correctly .... cheers for the pointers, i'm kinda surprised i'm not the first to want to upgrade the bluetooth to the newest version
i have unplugged the wifi card, this has resolved my issue (bluetooth must also be on this card)
this is what i have just done, you were right, i didnt know the device name, thanks for the help
