Also PCs themselves don't have speakers so you'll need a headset / speakers if thats what you mean idk your level of expertise

Most monitors don't have speakers some do but the volume usually isn't great

Check if your monitor has speakers

Also make sure in the output device you select whatever your monitor is (if it has speakers built in)

Or if you were to get a headset then select the headset
