how you are you connecting it to the router, are you using a powerline adaptor?

No I’m using the wired USB ones you plug into the pc and the router

where have you put the USB adaptor

in the USB port in the computer

It’s the only place where it can go into

It used to work before but now it doesn’t

why aren't you plugging the ethernet into the ethernet port

Never mind there is I was getting it mixed up

But yeah I plug them both into their Ethernet ports

On the router and the PC

Ok yeah so basically the Ethernet is connected to both the router and the PC however the Ethernet connection is showing up as an unidentified network
