rip psu
they haven’t responded, any tips to what i should do?
ok, any ideas to what the issue would be?
so i basically just need a psu replacement
would it be beneficial to call in a professional or do it myself (i have no pc experience)
A PSU is pretty easy, but if you're not confident, I'd recommend sending it back to Cyberpower for them to do it.
Only issue is I bought from Amazon, would they still allow sending back? Also is it likely that my other components are ffffd now?
:tada: Congrats @midnight hill, you levelled up to 1! :tada:
Yeah they'd still allow it, you would still have the same warranty that is standard with all systems, I don't think the power supply would be covered by warranty, but you can still send it back, and they'd check all the components aswell.
best thing to do is talk to them on monday, and explain
Ok thanks I appreciate it
to add, if its not under warranty you might still be able to send it back to cyberpower and get it fixed. The only problem would be, they would charge you for said fix
Ok ty for all the help
Also could I ask is a 650w power supply inefficient for my other specs
PSU DOA
