Basically, this PC is for my friend he'll be buying probably next month and was wondering if there was a way to get all the fans to be matching QX120s as on the website there is only an option to buy x6 but I believe the case can hold x10 fans

Assuming an email to CyberPower and they'll be able to add an extra x4 qx120 to the order on their end?

To answer your question, after the order is placed, just phone them up, or shoot them an email and they can add the extras on (and send you a payment link to pay for the upgrade)
