You won't really need a heatsink with the NVMe, most of the time just passive cooling from the air in the case is enough
Unless you're getting a very high end one, passive cooling is fine, and the higher end ones come with their own heatsinks.
I was thinking of the Samsung 990 pro and I saw it had two versions of it, one with and without the heatsink

I just don't want to buy one and it either not fit or overheat
The non-heatsink one is probably for motherboards with NVMe covers.
I'll be honest with you, the chances of a NVMe overheating is unlikely.
Your B650 Tomahawk has two M.2 covers, so if you got the one without the heatsink.
Ohhh that's much better, I genuinely thought I would've needed to buy the more expensive one 😅
