They may dispatch the ram today , if when you get the new ram sticks and re-enable XMP and its still crashing i suspect something else may be causing the crash , ie the motherboard
There's a few BIOS updates for your board that mention memory improvements , might be worth asking CPUK if they can preform the update for you
