Hi guys, so i got my PC from cyberpower 3-4 months ago, but the middle case fan has stopped spinning, although the RGB still works. Any way to fix this as i know nothing about computers. Thanks for any help :)

What fans are they, out of curiosity? Do they have an app? Has the app given errors?

Are those the coolmaster fans?

Might be a faulty fan, and in that case, if you've checked all the cable connections, you'd probably have to contact Cyberpower for a replacement.

As for where they're connected, it's probably in the side of the PC in the crows nest of cables, BUT I am not knowledgeable to give any more information than that for anything more specific

Open up the back side of the case there is probably a fan hub back there that they're plugged in to

Hmm if you're sure it's them try unplug and replug them in see if it resolves it

i’ve tried tracking the wire from the fan back to where’s it plugged in but there’s too many wires as it goes somewhere towards the power supply
