yes you can still boost it to the advertised clock speed, it uses AMD expo which is basically the AMD equivalent of XMP

They get removed from the site if they sell out and they aren't restocking them or it'll take ages to arrive

Not really, depends on each supplier plus they may have semi regular meetings on if they're gonna stock an item again but if something does go out of stock for good I would say something as good will be coming as replacement

With what the email says, I'd say there's a unlikely chance it'll be back in stock before the new year, as everything ramps up from now, and sourcing them would be a headache.
Especially considering there is none on order.
