what tests did you do
how are your cpu/gpu temps during these restarts
What are the "anything" you are talking about? What exactly are you doing when it restarts?
for example when a lauch a game and i go in for abit it restarts but i looked at my task manager and my cpu speed on idle is 3.98 Ghz on idle? is that normal on the stop right it says my cpu is 2.90 Ghz
ive got nothing open and it says that
what sort of games do you play?
Fortnite , Rainbow six siege and Valorant
do you have a list of your pc specs
yeah that'll do, just as long as you know most of it
gpu: gtx 1650
Cpu: i5-10400f 2.90 Ghz
Ram: 16 gb
ssd: 500 gb
hdd:1tb
open task manager and take a screenshot of each page in 'performance' then post each screenshot here
how old is your computer

sounds like a psu issue which is quite hard to deal with... i'd advise contacting official support
what is a psu?
given your pc is a few years old you may still have to pay for parts if there is a problem, but you won't have to pay for labour probably
power supply unit
depends exactly what the problem is because i don't know for sure, but they'll be sure to figure it out, really just depends on what the problem is
is there no test i can run for that?
^
That has a power supply test
i will test it now
i dont know how to see the results
do i have to wait the full hour?
If it didn't shut down during it then it likely isn't the PSU. At this point it might be worth contacting Cyberpower to see if you can send it in for diagnosis and repair but if you are out of warranty you'd have to pay for replacement parts
i did the test and it didnt shut down
i am waiting for a responce from them now
i sent the results to them
