I’ve started my new PC selected the language and after that I’ve got a blue screen. Now whenever I turn it on I get an error “this user can’t sign in because this account is currently disabled”.

After I press okay it just freezes. I have a USB recovery with windows but I need help to fix this or install the windows from the USB

If I quickly press enter it will go to a screen like this and ask a password and freeze

Something about memory, so I’ve removed the ram and put them back again, now it’s not giving the blue screen but it freezes

From the picture in the other thread the DRAM light was on

Yes I got my laptop and I got the USB that they gave me for recovery

Plug the Recovery USB in a USB port

I tried them both in the second slot and when I put just one of them in the first slot

Yes in first slot with any stick light is on and second slot same

Might sound stupid, try slot 3

I maybe wrong but I think that might be the default slot if you’re using just 1 stick

Same with any of the sticks

Oh 4th one with one RAM no light

Honestly, this happens, they will be quick to resolve it though, I had to send mine back twice in 2 weeks. CP were amazing to get it sorted though.

You can email them so they will get back in office hours but obviously calling is better and gets it resolved

I just kept on stick of ram on the 4th slot and reinstalled the windows after windows was installed I inserted the second one and they are both working and recognised. Not sure what was the actual issue. The PC still starts a bit slow but I’ve read that this Asus Rog x870-f has this. Just done a BIOS update this morning and seems that it has improved a bit from 80seconds to 60 seconds. It just takes it’s time to verify all the components

There should be a BIOS setting to speed it up more, Memory context restore I think

Glad its working though, It seems the windows install wasnt cleared properly after they did testing and they didnt put it back to the OOBE to set up a user account etc

I had to downgrade the video card and now it’s 22 seconds. It’s decent enough. I will have to check BIOS settings but I need to read more tutorials about that before I break something 😂😂

Just download an older version of the driver and when you want to install it will tell you that you already have a newer version and if you want to downgrade
