ive just got my new pc yesterday and am installing all my favourite games however i am downloading at 10mbps when im supposed to get 500 mbps i am using a wired ethernet connection and with the sane wire into a console i have i am getting 530mbps why is it so slow on my pc i am new to pc gaming as a whole

Firstly I would suggest getting a ethernet switch/splitter hub or something so one doesn’t completely cancel the other out but that’s probably not the issue here.

since your NIC is on your motherboard then either the mobo has issue or your router is doing something shitty with Quality of Service

Your BSOD issues seem to be OK, they may suggest a re-install of windows too... if all of that does not solve the net issues then the issue is either local network problems or motherboard

Your BSOD could be related to the LAN, which could be rleated to a mobo issue

installing the drivers for the LAN may have fixed the BSOD..... windows is shite as I say

The drivers are now handling the exceptions in that windows could not handle
