Every time I boot up the PC I login in then a black screen appears for 20 seconds then a window screen loads (screenshot below) and then I load into my desktop. How can I stop this?

Yeah, but it only shows that screen then loads straight to desktop

Looks like the Microsoft Experience didn't complete so is trying background tasks

How is that possible though? This started randomly 4 days ago when I had to force reset my PC because I was playing a game and everything froze

Sound like some sys files could have corrupt or something happened during a windows update or...

open a elevated cmd prompt

#

type "sfc /scannow" and see if that fixes anything
