#Best course of action?

i bought a prebuilt from cyberpower just over 2 years ago (so the parts warranty is now expired, i believe) which recently started crashing repeatedly, sometimes booting to a black screen. i narrowed the problem to one of the two RAM sticks - the pc runs fine with one stick in either slot, and crashes with the faulty stick in either.

i've tried cleaning the stick with a cloth to no avail, and was wondering whether it might be possible to repair or if i should just replace it. the model number is CM4X8GD3200C16K2E, but i can only find CMK8GX4M1E3200C16 online, which seems similar (both 8gb ddr4 3200hz) but im not sure if these would even work together or if it would be optimal

any advice would be greatly appreciated

You won't be able to repair it and yes the other stick should be fine to replace with.

Personally I would just replace the pair but keep stick B as a spare
