#|| Question Regarding Novuna Finance ||

I ordered my first PC through finance on cyberpowerpc and I paid the deposit for it, looked to register on the Novuna app so I can track monthly payments or pay more at certain points, but I need an “Agreement Number” which I haven’t been able to find. I looked through all emails and contracts and there simply is nothing of note that states where my Agreement Number is located.

Was wondering if anyone has experienced this or if i should wait some time? My order is also still processing on the cyberpowerpc website so I assume once it’s accepted I’ll get something that will let me register on the finance app? I’m not too sure.

Next Days get dispatched the same day if the order is made before 2pm with payment via credit or debit card. Finance takes longer

Is the finance thing dated the 29th an application for something else?

And later on (today) finished the application since it was already approved and made the deposit

Basically clicked that button just completed it, made the deposit and was wondering if I can get an agreement number but then researched that it will most likely be sent once the pc is dispatched

Since orders etc are processed manaually and they work between 9 and 5:30 Mon till Fri

Likely best contacting support directly tommorow but from what you've said and the fact you signed stuff this evening I'd guess the order will get processed tommorow
