Hey I just got a new PC with a inter wifi 6E 160hz wifi card but it’s really poor connection and unstable. The internet on all my other devices works great. Is it just a bad graphics card , shall I change it? Or is it another issue?

Very low like 1-4mbps and sometimes. Weirdly when I connect with my hotspot from my phone 5G I get 100+

Do you think the wifi card is picking up 2.4ghz wifi from the router but 5ghz from the phone? But why would that be so slow?
