Is it normal for a new build to BSOD 18 times in 2 days?

Because I got my new build on Friday, set it up saturday, and it's been nothing but problems.

18 BSODs in 2 days

Only some RGB controllers are working

Can't connect a controller wirelessly as it will either register it as a keyboard or BSOD.

On board mobo Bluetooth showing as faulty in device manager, won't allow any drivers to be installed as it insists the drivers are fine when you try. But the error specifically says the drivers are not fine.

Couldn't connect to the Internet via lan yesterday until I changed the port it was plugged into in the router. Previous port was working just fine earlier in the day.

Errors for the BSOD include:

"Page fault in nonpaged area"
"Reference by pointer"
"Dpc watchdog violation"
"Bthport.sys failed"
"System thread exception not handled"

I wouldn't say its normal but my wifes been in a similar situation, she got her CyberPower PC a couple of weeks ago and has been inundated with regular BSOD too. Never just the same error either either.
