Hi I’m
Using a cat 7 Ethernet cable that supports 10gbp if my Ethernet port is 2.5 G will I get bottle necking issues?

To answer your question, no you won’t get bottlenecking you just won’t be able to get 10Gbps Speeds on your Network.

So you’re essentially just using 25% capacity of the cable which is fine. (Which I doubt you will use unless you actually have 2.5Gbps Network)
