So i have just ordered, and the money has been taken out of my account but i have not recieved any confirmation receipts or emails. How long should the maximum wait before receiving these be?
It is also not showing in my accounts orders.

Shouldnt this have been said before i purchased the weekend delivery? I was under the impression that it would be sent or recieved on saturday/sunday?

Im confused on what i spent the extra £25 on then, if it was a weekday delivery would it not have been dispatched sooner?

For a next day to be delivered the next busisness day it has to be ordered before 2PM, So if you had ordered before 2pm today and paid for saturday delivery it'd come tommorow

I have not seen this, if it was there it was not clearly stated enough in the right place. Is it possible for me to receive my £25 back and get a next day weekday delivery instead. If not then i might have to consider refunding the purchase and maybe even going elsewhere.

You'll have to contact customer service who reopen on tuesday and discuss it with them. I'd imagine they can do that though

I see, but it says if the order is confirmed before 2pm, so i was wondering if the staff members are actively looking at the unconfirmed orders

Yes if you order now it should be confirmed before 2pm and be sent today, if you pay on card, obviously bank transfer or finance take longer

Yeah, so i placed the order at 1:59pm yesterday i understand that it may not have been confirmed by 2pm then; however its 2pm today and i still have no confirmation?

This is pretty annoying seeing as i paid with next day delivery - to not have my order confirmed even 24 hours later... yeah
