Hello! Looking for my first gaming PC. Honestly...just looking to get the most I'm clueless. I play online (Warframe, Destiny) And will be going in hard on First descendant. Basically looter shooters and MMO's. So frame rate, and I'm used to playing in 4k (or what ever a ps5 and Xbox one X get to) do like a good AAA single player and for it to look as pretty as possible. Dual screen, and will be used for general work stuff, and potentially streaming.

Can't see me buying an 8k unless I get a bargain (all though some of them super wide boy curved baddies are tempting)

I'm not sure if this would come into budget but I'm super interested in VR and Large language models. I've got a meta quest 3 I was hoping to start with.

And just general longevity. As future proof as possible.

I know processor and graphics cards are important and memory, but a friend told me about power supplies and I just glazed over 🫣

So at the minute I play ps5 and Xbox one X on a 75inch 4k but most games on console get set to performance mode for the frame rate on 4k HDR10 (supposedly) so 1440 on a smaller screen will probably be more than fine. I can deffo go over for 4k tho

On a monitor not only will the 165/240hz refresh rate make it look way smoother but also keep up with those high fps titles
