Hello, I've encountered a weird and unique issue with both my Bluetooth and audio. I've had this PC since early February and haven't managed to fix these two issues, and I've kind of run out of ideas.
Let's start with the audio; I use a Razer Blackshark V2 Pro headset with the PC, and it is connected via a dongle. The only way I can hear audio, though, is by using the troubleshoot sound option, where it always says the audio has crashed and resets the audio completely, allowing it to work. This is getting annoying to do, and it weirdly affects other software as well, such as YouTube, which will refuse to play until the audio is fixed in Opera GX. I have the Razer Central software installed, and when the audio isn't working, the software still lets me know the headset is connected.
Now, the Bluetooth, for some reason, also keeps having issues, and I don't know whether it is tied together or not. So, when I bought the PC, it came with the generic CyberPowerPC dongle and would sometimes be fine connecting things once, and then not allow me to connect them at the next PC startup and refuses to remove the device from the Bluetooth list. I thought I could fix it by ordering another dongle. Well, it didn't, and between the two, one or the other always has driver issues but never at the same time, and no matter how much I update/restart or uninstall these drivers, I always get the same issue.
For some reason, it feels like these two issues are connected, and I don't know why as they both just don't respond and half work, and it's a constant thing every day I have to deal with.
:tada: Congrats @gilded eagle, you levelled up to 1! :tada:
