Any wires caught in the fan blades?
I don’t think so
I’ll check
Again
Any other tips?
Microfiber cloth
And also yeah there’s no wires in the blades
You sure it's that fan?
Maybe another one
Nah it's that rear fan now looking at it
It looks a bit wobbly
Turn it off and press the middle bit gently
Okay I pressed against it gently
Anything unusual?
I push back the middle bit on the other fans and they don’t feel wonky but the one I have issues with does
It does actually look wonky
Maybe it’s an issue with a bearing in the fan?
Yeah possibly
Does that mean I should replace the fan
Alright. Thanks for the help.
:tada: Congrats @echo granite, you levelled up to 1! :tada:
I'm assuming it's out of warranty since the EVGA GPU is older than 2 years now isn't it?
I got the prebuilt in spring 2022 so yeah probably
Just to double check you are based in Canada/USA or UK etc?
Canada
This is the wrong server then
Could you point me in the right server?
Yee I will - over there you can reach out to CyberPowerUS and they can assist
Different company over here
Ok thank you
No problem!
Btw before I go Do you have a good video I could go to on how to replace the fan?
Depends what fan you have, but it's 4 screws in the back, and a 4/3 pin for fan power and LEDs are different for all fans
Corsair Lian Li and those fans are all different, you can ask for help with the support team over there
Okay thanks
Np!
