#return for repair but I want a refund because of the fact it’s broken after 4 months…

It would go back to Cyberpower and get completely repaired, When you receive it back it should be practically brand new, I don’t think you’ll qualify for a refund as it past the typical 14 day return period, or 30 days for faulty refund
Any concerns contact Cyberpower and see what they can do for you

Bro I contacted them they told if I want a refund I should contact Argos it’s broken I don’t want it repaired I want a refund…
I’m going to Argos tommorow but surely they will refund me seeing as it’s not my fault and as far as I knew 12 month warranty is standard no?
It might be different with Argos I don’t know
But tbh I’d go with it being repaired and not having to wait a few weeks for the refund from Argos
But hey ho up to you
Bro dpd round my area shit gets stolen I’m not sending a £800 pc away for a £250 part to be replaced I’d happily send them the gpu to test and replace but they don’t understand that it’s more of a risk for a customer to be out of £550 of other parts than them sending me a new gpu after I literally send them the broken one
Plus where’s the safety in me sending it off,. Where’s the proof of me doing it or the proof of all that stuff they could sit saying I didn’t send it even if I did, dpd steal stuff round here so it wouldn’t even be my fault…
