#New pc crashes when opening games and i have spotify open i9 14900k, any ideas why?

if i have spotify playing while trying to open an game it can cause mass stuttering or even crashing sometimes, i bought the pc from you around 2 weeks ago and considering its 10x's better than the last pc i bought from you which didnt have this issue im confused to why i am having this issue

been a loyal customer of cybper power for over 4 years and i keep choosing you guys because of the support system you have and how helpful you are but this is the second time posting asking about this issue as it should not be happening and i want to know why, it isnt just spotifty, its any app im using with a game, it could be a clipping service, i clip my games it mass stutters and it didnt in my old pc, why is this happening when the i9 1400k is built for mutli app use

Yeah as it’s community support posts can be lost in the amount that come in, and if it’s not a very common issue alot of us wouldn’t really be able to give you an answer
