3 fans broken seems a bit weird how’d they break. Transit damage? Or accidental damage

Shoot them an email claim transit damage and they’ll investigate and send replacements

There's a number with a QR code on my PC case, is that the Serial Number?

Not too sure actually mine has that also but doesn’t say serial number anywhere

There is also another number on there which is 2 letters followed by numbers that’s your order number

I was about to say, there's no serial number on the back of my PC...

I still have the box that it originally came with. It has 3 letters and 5 numbers on it . Is that it?

Nah it’ll be on the back of your PC
