Hi,
I ordered a new PC on Friday at 13:30 on finance hoping to get my PC next day by ordering before 14:00 and paying an additional fee for Saturday delivery. Unfortunately I the finance agreement wasn't approved until just after 14:00 so I was too late for Saturday but was ensured the PC would be sent out on Monday ready for a Tuesday delivery.
Monday came around and my delivery was drawing nearer. I received an update about my delivery around 17:00 that there was a delay because the prebuilt PCS sold as "next day PCs" needed to be built so they couldn't get them out on time. I was disappointed but these things happen so I accepted the new delivery date of 20/12/23.
Today, again I was excited to get my new PC and had a live text chat on the website to confirm my order would be sent out today ready for delivery tomorrow. I was told it would be and carried on my day, thinking about playing a few games with my friends tomorrow.
17:29 rolled around (1 minute before the contact number closes) and I received an email saying my order had been updated, I assumed this was to say that my order had been shipped as promised. I checked the update and was very disappointed that the shipping date had been changed to 20/12/23 and I had no time to call to see what was going on.
I'm really hoping I'm misunderstanding this and I will still receive my new PC tomorrow but I'm not feeling very confident right now.
Is there anyone here that can help? I feel let down that the order I was hoping to receive on Saturday won't be with me until Thursday at the earliest if there are no more delays.
