rn i have a I5-12400F CPU but when i get the 4070 should i upgrade the CPU too and if so what to? like if so i dont wanna go overboard but i dont want to bottleneck anything

You could go 13600k with a cheap AIO

oh wait no sorry just one more thing i swear this is the last thing now, i looked on the nvidia website and it says that the GPU needs 650W, but thatā€™s exactly how much my power supply is so will that be a problem at all?
