Right guys this is my setup that I have I'm using a Samsung odysey g7 240hz monitor and I'm suffering with lag in games I've checked everything (windows updated, graphics card updated, games optimised) and I'm still getting this could anyone offer any help of sort. Also can't be Internet as I'm getting over 400mbps download and 70mbps upload

What kind of lag and what kind of games? It's kinda vague

so the game will jump and then minimise itself this is happening on the new EA Fc and also it happens on the like of warzone, WRC generations, not sure whether it could be internet issues or the coolant in the rig may need changing?

Furmark GPU Stress Testing

:one: Open the link below, choose latest version on the left, then click the Orange Download button.
:two: Open up the file you just downloaded, accept the license agreement and continue through the setup.
:three: Uncheck 'Launch FurMark release notes', leave 'Launch FurMark' checked, and click Finish.
:four: Leave everything on the defaults, select 'GPU Stress Test', and allow that to run for two hours.

If you're getting 400Mbps down and 70Mbps upload it doesn't sound like your Internet would be causing it (and that shouldn't cause FPS drops)

You could try running one of the 3DMark Demo benchmarks (free on steam) and see what result you get to see if anything stands out. Click the compare results online button once you get a result and post the link here

There was no stutter/lag at all during the whole process it ran really smooth
