Hi, I'm not PC savvy enough to diagnose this myself so I'm asking for help while CyberPowerPC support is closed during the weekend.
I recently bought a brand new PC from CyberPower and it arrived 2 days ago. From the get go, after installing all the updates and drivers (I think), I noticed I wasn't able to play any of my games. I wanted to play Cyberpunk, Starfield and Destiny 2. Anytime I load up a game the performance tanks to single digit FPS until it freezes up. I can see the GPU usage dropping constantly.
After being in contact with support on Friday I did run a few tests and reset bios as per their suggestion but nothing helped. I was asked to reseat the GPU and individually test the Ram sticks, which I also did. to no change. So now I'm stuck and support is closed for the weekend but they did ask me to reach out here in the meantime.

This was the last UserBenchmark report but I have video clips of the frame drop issue if you need it.
Thank you for your help. I'm hoping to get this sorted today as I get occupied for a few days afterwards.
