:one: Visit the link below and download Windows: 64-bit
:two: Open the zip file you just downloaded and run Prime95.exe
:three: Click 'Extract', choose a File Location then click 'Extract' again.
:four: Run Prime95 from the File Explorer window which just opened and select 'Just Testing'
:five: Run the Large FFTs Test, leaving all the other settings on the defaults, and allow it to run for two hours.
:exclamation: If your PC freezes or crashes while running the test or the two hours are up, let us know.
:six: At the top, select Test and click Stop, then go to Options and choose Torture Test.
:seven: Run the Blend Test, leaving all the other settings on the defaults, and allow it to run for 2 hours.
:exclamation: If your PC freezes or crashes while running the test or the two hours are up, let us know.
stress test the computer to see if its stable
Download either the Installer or Portable version
For temperatures, run in Sensor Only mode.

shoot a message over to customer service about it

Is there battery’s in the remotes?
I don’t know if they use battery’s or anything but they might of ran out
i changed the batteries a few mins ago

check to see all the front pannel connects are in aswell
which one would be the connector for the led

around the motherboard there will be FAN !

FAN 2
power connecters for the fans
ok
:tada: Congrats @regal meadow, you levelled up to 2! :tada:
tbh the rgb for me its not so much of a problem
if the pc working allright thats more of a problem
everything is connected
check the remote see if need batterys
i replaced them earlier
also
look into your programs see if there is any rgb software
that you use to change
its cyberpower pc fans so its only a remote
alright i will
am not sure if taking power off your motherboard can do anything bad to it
the thing is with cyberpower pc
is with my brother his pc would always not turn on after being unplugged from the mains
why do u unplug it?
:tada: Congrats @thick frost, you levelled up to 14! :tada:
and it would take something like "hotwiring the motherboard" to turn it on
i first shut it down properly
and i wanted to avoid a fire
which sounds kinda stupid but i really didnt wanna lose my pc 😦
tbh i feel like your the only person in exsistents that does this
i cant recommending not to do it
but looking at the problems you and your brother are having i wouldnt
pcs are safe and have failsafes
if your scared of fires get a serg protector extantion and plug it into that
yea i was having second thoughts while i was on tyhe plane
thankls for the help tho ill do what u said to fix the stutters
like i said
am not sure if taking power away from your pc is doing anything wrong
because i dont know
with crashes
stress test your pc
alright
