Depends on what games you're playing. Just because you have the same GPU as someone doesn't mean you'll get exactly what they do. The silicone lottery can do amazing things for performance.

They optimise games specific to the console. The performance isn’t necessarily better it’s just massively optimised . Screenshots from the same place between a PC and console will show you the difference .

Xbox series X runs a 16 core 3.8ghz which is like a 3700x CPU + an AMD Gaming GPU which is probably equivalent to a 3070

They will optimise a version to sell for specifically for each Xbox generation it supports, a specific a version for each PlayStation generation it supports, a more general version for PC’s which won’t be fully optimised due to the variety in spec combos

Your timespy score was a top 40%-ish score which isn’t bad considering you haven’t overclocked (which will void warranty) or gone for a performance model graphics card. Nothin to worry about! Don’t let the whole console vs pc debate mislead ya, pc is majority better depending on the specs you’re comparing to/against
