So i recieved a PC from you guys this morning and its been excellent so far. But i have a glaring issue i have notice and that is that the GPU never seems to reach full load of even 99%. ive spent the better part of the day trying to figure what the issue is. ive tried multiple games including spiderman remastered max settings 1440p with max ray tracing and no DLSS and still the card refuses to push itself but what is most odd is the temps are amazing (below 65) now im not sure if it will have anything to do with it but i noticed my cpu was underperforming massively also and never reaching above 80 degrees, but i ventured into the BIOS to see what was happening and it turned out one of the settings in there called something along the lines of CPU COOLER, was set to "box cooler" so i changed this to "liquid cooling" and straight away i noticed a difference in Cinebench R23 and got a much higher score of what i think was something like 33k but also my temps were much higher as to be expected with this chip. (i have a Lian Li galahad 360mm AIO). i have gone into the power management settings in windows and set it to ultimate performance and have seen no change. so now i am at a wall and it just feels like the card is limiting itself for some reason? i have an MSI card so i use MSI Afterburner and i notice that the fans dont seem to ramp up at all. they are at 30% and when i try to change it the second i click it they revert back. Anyway i do apologise for the lengthy message but i will also include my timespy score to show! i do believe it should be early to mid 30k's but i got a measly 23,760 :( i will include screenshots from the timespy run and also chuck in a screenshot showing how low the usage in OW2 at max settings
#RTX 4090 seems to be massively underperforming?

hm so this is strange, i disabled the XMP profile on the BIOS and now the score is much better and the gpu sustains the load no problem, also seems to have made my CPU run at a much higher clock.
Have you OC'd your CPU?
Nope I haven’t touched the CPU apart from changing the settting in BIOS from boxed Cooler to water cooled

alright will do! btw on the card there is a switch between silent and gaming, would it be worth switching that from silent to gaming? or would that void warranty?
:tada: Congrats @median plank, you levelled up to 2! :tada:
No you can switch it on that just controls the fans
