Staff told me to use a benchmark website and this is the result:

Games like AC Odyssey run at about 50-60 fps on 4k (even though they should run at 100+) and Jedi Survivor, despite being a horribly optimized game, runs at 40fps at 1440p (again I should be getting 100+ fps).

I have been trying to get into contact for a while and there always seems to be some sort of issue. All was going well today with a staff member on the actual website until he randomly left and I no longer have the ability to start a live chat

Try 3Dmark, you can get a demo off Steam and its good enough

i just reran the game at low settings at 1440p and i'm literally still not getting 60fps

do you guys have any idea what it could be? i want to leave sending it back to you guys as a last resort because thats going to take at least a week

but yeah lol a pc with a 4080 running that game at low settings at 1440p and not achieving 60fps... you can't tell me that something isnt wrong with the pc
