#Help With Monitor Upgrade (PLEASE)

I've never heard of Koorui brand though so may wanna get a more reputable one?
Tbf just seen that Koorui one and it has some good reviews
I'm pretty sure it'll be a massive upgrade from the AOC one I've had for many years lol and searching for AOC on amazon the cheapest ones I'm seeing are around 200 quid for 144hz 1080p so don't think I'll be able to get a major known brand for the price budget I'm on but I don't know alot about monitors at all so I could be wrong about this
Yeah a 1440p and above with 120+ hz will cost a little more nearer the £200 + range
Based on the reviews and star rating that Koorui one looks like a solid option if you need it asap and can't increase budget
No worries, looks like that monitor has 1 HDMI 2.0 port so make sure your HDMI cable is 2.0 so you can get 1440p 144hz
Yea I read below and it seems like it had DP 1.2 port
Yeah that should be fine too 😄
Says "MULTIPLE PORTS: KOORUI monitors provide video interfaces via HDMI and DisplayPort ports." and says in other places also so I've ordered myself a DP 1.2 I think that'll be the right one
So because the monitor's resolution is 2560x1440 the DP 1.2 cable I've ordered should be good enough right ?
I got this one https://www.amazon.co.uk/DisplayPort-Silkland-Compatible-FreeSync-Graphics-Grey/dp/B08DJ4NVQ9
Says in the description "Backwards Compatible with DP1.2/1.1/1.1a standard." So I'm gonna assume so
