Checking Intel website that processor can only support 2666Mhz so you are at the right speed
If you try to change it potentially can crash
would you recommend me upgrading my CPU then for me to get 3200mhz or not
The motherboard itself supports the 3200Mhz so I think you will need to upgrade your BIOS
Upgrading the CPU will require a new motherboard as well so basically whole kit
And a new cooler. Give support a call and they might be able to support more into this
