Hi guys, there is a strange noise coming from my pc sometimes and i'm pretty certain it is from my hard drive and i'm wondering what the cause of this would be?
I have never heard this sound before in all the other hard drive's that iv'e had and it has only just started making this sound. (I bought the pc a month ago)
Also, i ran a disk check through cmd and other software to check the health of the HDD and there was no errors that were found and it works fine as far as i know.

hey, i figured that would be the case but i contacted a cyberpower support technician about it on friday and he said it was a 'normal sound' that a hard drive makes when it is read/writing something.
So im a lil confused, i'm getting told different stuff and i have never heard that sound before in other hard drive's 🤷♂️
