Everything else goes well but then it comes to this screen and after it restarts it just sends me to the screen to install it again? Any help would be much appreciated!

The drive had 460gb but the other one had 60mb left pretty sure

The thing is I dont know how to delete storage off it because I cant actually log into my pc thats why im trying to reinstall windows

Like Hayden said, try unplugging your USB once you get to the restart screen so then it has to boot from your SSD
