Get ya self icue downloaded if they’re Corsair fans

#

Assuming they light up and have Corsair logo in the middle?

pliant spear
#

yeh they d

#

do

#

but the other ones are fine it is just one fan which is making the noice and moving slower. the others are all fine

queen harbor
#

If you download icue it’ll show ya how fast each fan is spinning

#

We can create a profile with a fixed RPM which can be fixed to all fans

pliant spear
#

alright i’ll go and install that now

#

it keeps doing this

queen harbor
#

Those are cyberpower hyper loops I think

#

@sweet stump can u confirm

#

Did you get a remote to control them with?

pliant spear
#

yeh they are them ones

queen harbor
#

Okay. Did you get a controller with it when it arrived

#

Flat controller with colours over it and a few other buttons

sweet stump
#

Yessir

pliant spear
#

yeh it came with itot this pc back in auguist and only had issue with it this morning

#

wait no it never came with a remote

queen harbor
#

Okay try mess around with the remote

#

There is a button that says RC/MB I think. That’ll switch it between remote control and motherboard control

#

You want it RC

pliant spear
#

there is no remote, just went through the bag that was given and there is no remote in there

queen harbor
#

Might be one to go through with tech support. Personally not had the hyper loops before so I’m not too sure what connector might need to be plugged in

#

However if you have a branded board. Download that brands software and try get the lighting up there

pliant spear
#

yeh thats why im thinking its a issue with the fan, as ive had it since august and its not had this issue before

#

as all the other fans are fine just that one in the middle

queen harbor
#

So it’s just this fan 2 being a bit naff, can you go to the back of the case? Open up and just double check the connectors are firmly in the hub?

pliant spear
#

yeh thats what im going to try now

sour wigeonBOT
#

cprgbglitch :tada: Congrats @pliant spear, you levelled up to 2! :tada: cprgbglitch

queen harbor
#

With the power off of course lol

pliant spear
#

could that be

#

a issue

#

there is this one cable not attached

queen harbor
#

@hushed tiger could this be Molex giving it some headache with it just being one fan?

pliant spear
#

as i’m not sure

#

as the fan is still on

#

just not strong and is making sounfs

#

sounds

#

got this as well

queen harbor
#

Think Leighton has these fans let’s see if he picks up message

#

If it’s still spinning it’s a good thing

#

Hahaha

pliant spear
#

yeh just since this morning it just started going slow

#

unless it is the case of just needed to purchase new ones

hushed tiger
#

Could be worth swapping out the molex

#

Ive found its normally that causing the issue rather than the actual fan hub

pliant spear
#

swapping out the molex wdym?

hushed tiger
#

Out of interest, are your fans connected here?

pliant spear
#

yh

#

no other thing like that there

hushed tiger
#

Follow this cable and see if it connects to a cable which looks like a molex cable. Ill post a picture of that also

#

Molex cable:

pliant spear
#

yeh i switched it for another one and the sound seems to off stoped i appreciate it
