Try pointing the aerials in roughly the same direction as your WiFi router, e.g. if your PC is upstairs and your router is downstairs, point them downwards
Are they also the same aerials which came with your PC?
Thanks, they are the same aerials came with pc, I didn’t found LAN cable in my accessories bag so I used them.
:tada: Congrats @grim folio, you levelled up to 1! :tada:
If you have an Ethernet cable and your PC is near your router/an Ethernet port then it would be worth trying that instead, it usually gives you a more stable connection than WiFi
If not, you could try tethering your phone to your PC, even if its just temporary until you can get into the main windows login screen
I believe there's a way to bypass the network requirement if not, but ideally it would be best to try connecting through an alternative method first
thanks again for replying. I use my phone to share internet to my computer and it works now
Is it working through your WiFi card by itself now without needing to tether your phone?
nah, I still cannot connect Wi-Fi
If you search for device manager and expand the network adaptors tab, could you send a screenshot of what comes up in there
You could also try running Windows update incase there's any missing WiFi drivers
Hmm yeah it doesn't seem to be showing up in there, try checking for windows updates
I just updated and restart my PC.
Now it’s like this

It still doesn't seem to be showing up, which WiFi card do you have inside your PC?
sorry I am not quite sure which one is the WiFi card
I just confirmed it’s
Does that means I can’t connect to Wi-Fi?🥲
:tada: Congrats @grim folio, you levelled up to 2! :tada:
It looks like it's the Intel AX200 (at the bottom of your invoice)
Try downloading and installing the drivers for it from here:
What do I need to do after installing the driver, its successfully installed right now.
I can see it in my network settings but it's status is not present?
That's weird, i think you'd be best getting in touch with tech support and they'll be able to help you out further
