Add a material to the object you want to texture, then change it to an "emission"
Drag and drop the texture image into the shader node frame (assuming its already open) and connect the line on the right, to the top left line on the middle node
Then go into the tab next to the texture paint tab (i forgor the name) and press z, then select rendered
Now select the faces you want to move in the viewport, then move them in the actual texture when they show up
Do this untill the entire thing is textured to your liking
This is pretty scuffed since i couldnt remember half the names of things

module script tween sequences:

can cancel the tween at any time and have it flow to the next position in a different "animation" sequence smoothly by calculating cframe differences for delta time

i never used nor will ever use animations because module script tween sequences are just so much easier to tweak because it's just function calls with the relative cframe you want and it automatically calculates the movement between the current and desired cframes; no clunky keyframe editor needed just give it a speed or have it calculate it automatically with a delta time formula
