Changing players characters not via startercharacter

*first ima clarify that i am NOT making a forsaken game
anyways, im trying to make character models for unlockable avatars and i have no idea how to set players as characters that i put in replicated storage
ive tried to do it mulitple times but have alot of issues such as, camera problems, animation issues. i dont need a script and all i need is an explination so i can recode it. thanks
