#Detecting A Swipe On The Ps5 TouchPad. Is It Even Possible?

so me and my friend who is the coder are trying to figure out if its possible to detect the player swiping on a ps5 touchpad without any issues when trying to detect the swipe. We have tried our best but it does it so unreliable that we scraped it, Can anyone help and tell us if its even possible and if it is possible please show us?
