So I want to make a closed community game for me and my friends. It's inspired from an old game we used to play and PVP in, I intend to copy the moves and mechanics while adding some other moves of my own over time, no grinding system or anything. Will the developer be able to sue me?
The game won't share the same name as the original, but the animations and moves will be copied.
I don't know where to ask this, so sorry if this is not the right place
