make non biased non ranker normal members send the messages and the person who applys gets assigned a person to dm, and they send all there dms to them and you communicate through them

basically just have a middle man

you could have them communicate thru dms

as in, have a bot proxy messages between the two parties. have the bot make a channel for the ticket as is, let rankers talk in there, their messages are sent by the bot to the person applying’s dms, the person applying responds in dms and the bot sends those messages back to the channel. rankers decide on a rank and “submit” it to the bot, the bot grants the role to the person applying & the ticket closes

either way i think this is a Great idea, rankers are already Butt and the bias makes it even worse
