This can still happen with the flip of a switch, but it is pretty painful, and your body will start to decay instantly and insanely fast, let's say about 15 minutes, and the bones can either disintegrate or stay, your choice. The moment your body is gone, an exact replica of your body forms around your ghost, and you become human again. You cannot unghost yourself manually.
