it's a quirk of roblox spawnlocations and there isn't much in the way of info on it. make the room taller, consider disabling collisions on the roof, or maybe something is in the way of spawnlocation, lower the spawnlocation, or write your own spawning code. can still happen if lots of players spawn standing on top of eachother even in a taller room. google is your friend

one note i saw said it was roughly the height you need to jump at minimum to prevent this, but i haven't checked exactly what the height is nor can i find the precise number, you'd have to check this manually
