#else statement not firing
1 messages · Page 1 of 1 (latest)
it's clear that owner isn't updating
it doesn't need to update
but yeah ig ill fix that rq
actually it wouldnt affect anything even if i put it in the function
the owner part isnt the problem
its the fact that when someone else activates it nothing happens
neither of the if statements
print both the owner and player.Name variables, and make sure they are giving you the intended results
k hold on
cause something has to be going wrong with one of those two to where you are only getting a true value
you're right even if owner is nil or whatever
it should still run else
so it triggering
printing in the wrong
thing
ok it worked the entire time
but
i had console on client instead of server 🥀
💔
stupid
alright
❤️
so all good?
