❌ No. It is so because if it is level 0 (removing level requirements) then the marketplace will be flooded with scammers and alt account of some users and will be a complete mess. Scammers/alt account won't indulge themselves to grind for level by chatting and ranking them up to level 5.

As per hiring in development channels, moderators are there to take actions against them.
