#Why does characteradded not capture :LoadCharacter

I've been trying to detect when a player respawns and give them tools, AND make the player respawn instantly every round, the way i do this is i respawn them in a server script and capture the event in a local script

1st one is server script 2nd is local script

both parents workspace (local used to be starter character but im testing different parents to see if it works)

these arent the tool giving scripts, just scripts i made in a new place for testing purposes

the local script captures when the player dies and respawns normally

however it does NOT capture when the server script does the loadcharacter thing

ok i did some more testing and it seems that i can only capture the loadcharacter thing if its in server script
